1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, along with written confirmation from ECOO Holidays.
2. Pricing
All prices are quoted in agreed currency unless otherwise stated and are subject to change due to:
- Fuel surcharges
- Government taxes or statutory increases
- Exchange rate fluctuations
- Supplier revisions (hotels, transport providers, experience hosts, etc.)
Any such changes will be communicated prior to final balance payment where applicable.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking confirmation.
- Full payment must be made as per the payment schedule communicated at booking.
- Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of services.
4. Inclusions and Exclusions
Tour inclusions are limited to services specifically mentioned in the confirmed itinerary or proposal.
Unless stated otherwise, exclusions may include:
- International or domestic airfare
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Personal expenses
- Meals not mentioned
- Gratuities
- Optional activities
- Expenses arising due to delays, weather, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Changes by the Traveller
Requests for amendments after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees or supplier charges.
6. Changes by ECOO Holidays
While every effort is made to operate itineraries as planned, ECOO Holidays reserves the right to alter accommodations, routing, experiences, transport, or schedules due to operational requirements, weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond control, while providing suitable alternatives where possible.
7. Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for:
- Valid passports, visas, and travel documents
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- Arriving on time for transfers, activities, and departures
- Declaring health conditions relevant to travel
- Ensuring personal suitability for activities booked
8. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers, including coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, delays, and loss of personal belongings.
9. Liability
ECOO Holidays acts as an intermediary between travellers and independent suppliers including hotels, transport operators, guides, and activity providers.
We shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, accident, or additional expense caused by acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or events beyond reasonable control.
10. Force Majeure
ECOO Holidays shall not be liable for disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Weather disruptions
- Transport strikes
- Road closures or operational interruptions
11. Special Experiences and Community-Based Activities
Some cultural, rural, or community-led experiences may be subject to seasonal, social, or local conditions and may occasionally require adjustments. Alternatives may be offered where possible.
12. Governing Law
All bookings are subject to the laws and jurisdiction applicable to ECOO Holidays’ registered place of business.
